Rocker panel sill trim

Does anyone know of a source for the aluminum strips that go under the doors? I suppose I can put mine back on, but they're pretty corroded. Some repros would look a lot better.

BTW, totally different subject, but I was looking for plugs for the 1-inch holes in the floor pans. The usual sources didn't seem to have them, but a good replacement can be found at http://www.dixiemontecarlo.com/Product/Detail.aspx?s=DA60064&d=1307&nq=0&p=1&sz=40. These rubber plugs fit very nicely. You'll need to use a little silicone sealant to make them water tight, though.

I looked at the websites and didn't see the sill trim. But I'll check again.

The alloy rocker trims are available from both of the major Sunbeam parts suppliers. Check their catalogs.

You do not want them sealed as they are purpose built.you want excess moisture to drain.or in case of getting caught in a sudden downpour with the top down you can lift the carpet, pull the plugs and drain the water

Hmmm

Well, that makes sense. But it also seems like if I drive through a puddle, water could get in that way. But I guess not much. I'll take the silicone back off. Thanks.
