Can one tell by the three prong spinner which way to knock off the wheels. My spinners prongs have a flat side and an angled side. On my spare spinner the flat side is the side you hit to tighten. Is this true of all spinners? As always thanks

The spinners are knocked off in the forward direction of travel of the car. In other words, the threads are left-handed on the right side of the car.

Hi Robert, I've found on my car #1 inside the spinner it indicates which side it goes on(provided the hubs are on correctly) #2 angle to tighten / flat to loosen...That's how it is on mine of course IIRC.:D What type Alpine do you have ? If your up and running join us in our caraven to the invasion in Tipp City, check this web site for details. http://www.sunbeaminvasion.com OR You should come down to the Old Town Norcross British Car Day on Sept. 6th. Lots of great Brit cars and maybe this year 6-10 Sunbeams.
