There is a hard coated Polycarbonate windshield for Cobra's Maybe these guys could make one for Sunbeams:

Given a cobra one is easier to form than a sunbeam one ( especially early series) they are charging more than a glass sunbeam one.. So doesn't look good. Unless you really want to save weight.. Also..wipers will kill a poly screen...

Didnt Sandy or Joel make a lexan or poly screen a year or so back?

There is a fellow in California that just advertised a horde of S1 & S2 parts. In the pictures there are a few windshields.
He may be somewhat local ( in the same state at least) and he does have them available.
He's got the horde listed under parts for sale here.

Otherwise, call Pilkington as they have new windscreens.
