Need a spacer for my Willwood dual brake master cylinder.

You will have trouble clearing the steering box with the bottom outlets. Also 1" is too big for stock brakes, unless you plan the larger Wilwood "Tiger" kit. You should look at the dual master cylinder thread for some ideas.
