Does anyone know Jim Ellis's contact information?

I have an old number he gave me, but haven't had time to call him in awhile. Yesterday I tried to reach him and got "The number you dialed is no longer in service" message.

I would like to be in touch with him about V6 information he gave me years ago.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
