Turn Signal and Coil Issues

I suspect it is because Nick willed it so as well, but......

I installed a solid state flasher for my Series V because the old one was pretty weak. The new flasher doesn't give you an indication that a bulb is out by not blinking like the old ones, but it blinks at a constant rate regardless of the system voltage.
