If you need to, Vic Brit also sells them. Really, how many people could actually be making them? Are you getting new wheels too? New hubs=new wheels.(in most cases)

Yes, if you wheels are originals and the hubs are worn enough to replace, then buy new wheel as well. Putting new and used hub and wheel combinations together will cause premature wear of the new components and make installing and removing wheels from the car harder since the spline wear patterns will not match. You should only do this if the used parts show no wear.
