Rare Series 1 Rapier for sale near Seattle. The owner is a friend - and long-time Tiger owner as well. This is an excellent, original restoration candidate. Rust bubbles (no rot-thru) confined to a few square inches in the usual spots: just behind the front wheelwells and just in front of the rear wheelwells. No other rust observed. A New Mexico car, the orig. owner parked it outside in the early 60s, where it sat for 3+ decades. Brought by current owner to the Pacific NW about 10-15 years ago. He got it running and drove it for a few years until the OD refused to engage. Body and chrome are very straight. Pippen red over creamy white: faded on side that faced the New Mexico sun for 30 years. Interior complete but tatty. 22K miles on odo believed to be accurate. $2,750 firm.
