Sunbeam Alpine & Tiger: Refitting the front crossmember

This video shows how I refitted the front cross member to an Alpine on my own. I do not recommend that you do this. It is heavy, dangerous and challenging and is a job much more suited to two or three people doing it but it can be done alone. The video shows how to position the crossmember and secure it to the car.

Well TimR, you said not to do it, like you do it in the video and I agree!
I have the best way of doing the install and removal that is very stable and very safe.
