Sunbeam Alpine:Fitting a Dog Harness

We had fun with the dog and the Alpine out and about in the rural countryside of Dorset on this beautiful spring day. We made a simple dog harness restraint to keep her where she needs to be in the back of the car and she loved it. Here is a video showing what we did.

The Highway Code is a book that governs all the rules of the road in the U.K. Laws are separate under The Road Traffic Act. In general you need to abide by the Highway Code or you end up getting in trouble for breaking one of the laws. In the Code it states things like MUST or MUST NOT to show when something is a law. If it is guidance is shows SHOULD or SHOULD NOT.
