Great pricing. Wish you were here (North Carolina) or I was there.
Are all the piston sets and bearings std?
Never saw a bent/broken piston rod before. I'd hate to be driving the car when that happened,

I have seen a bent connecting rod twice; both a long time ago and neither on Rootes engines. In both cases, the rod journal bearing had seized. The only explanation that makes sense is that the rod bearings seized long enough to bend the rod but not long enough to break the rod. A very narrow window for sure.

Ill be posting two whole cars later this afternoon. One with factory hardtop the other one with fiberglass hardtop. Both have been stored for many years. I need to get out of the storage by the end of the month so im selling them cheap. One has a rebuilt eng and tran that have zero miles. they needs lots of work though. will prob ask 1500 for the one with factory HT and 500 for the other.
