Inner rocker picture request

I'm cleaning up the underbody of our 67 series V alpine & will have a bit of metalwork to do to the rusted out floors. Our inner rockers are all but a memory as well.

I was wondering if anyone has a picture of the underside of their inner rocker panels? If so, could you post it on this thread?

Or if they dont have one handy - maybe someone would be so kind as to take a pic and post it?

I did a search but couldnt find what I was looking for. A google image search was no help either.

Are you wondering just what it looked like, or something more detailed?? And how's the condition of the center panel?? If the rocker and inner rocker need work, the center one probably does too.

So there are three then? Ok yea. The middle one must be gone too. I just figured it was two panels (inner & outer) which were pinch welded at the bottom. I will take some pics to show what I am working with.

I would love to have some pics to go by to make it proper.

So it looks like the middle one attaches to the outer one (at the bottom)

The innermost panel doesnt appear to do anything structural at the bottom, but is it the actual surface that the e-brake lever attaches to?

The way the structure is setup the inner rocker is a flat piece running basically from the rear of the front wheel well to the front of the rear wheel well, with a groove for wiring stamped in it. Originals have a step like piece spot welded to the top to bring the edge towards the outside of the car, it follows the bottom curve of the inner door shell. The center one is a flat piece with a slight bend at the top and a step at the bottom so that when joined the inner and middle pieces form a box section when looked at from the end. The center ones have a bit of a taper to the step at the ends to allow for clearance to the doglegs at the bottom of the fenders. The rocker then goes on the outside, originals have a step at the top going under the door and joining the middle and inner rocker at a seam running the length of the door under the furflex weatherstrip. All three are structural. The piece where the handbrake attaches is an addon and is not structural. If you remove it to make another one make sure to keep the bracket on the inside of the original, it is what the handbrake actually bolts to.

Thank you for both of your help & bearing with me. As you can tell, I am basically working from nothing. I only have the outer rockers and the rest is long gone.

Looking at the pics and reading Mike Philips description, I came up with this simple layout in profile - does this seem fairly correct?

That shows what I meant, the the inner and center rockers forrn a box section. You can see that the innerone has a step at the top, that's where the thresh hold alloy strip is screwed tha roms the length of the rocker at the door bottom. Then the center has it's step at the bottom. And the outer was originally one piece running from the top edge where the inner and center joined, under the door bottom until even with the door's bottm edge where it then curved back towards the body and joined the inner and center rockers along the bottom.
