This would be an appropriate place to share my meeting with the "Slug." In May, 2022 I went to the Autojumble in Beaulieu, UK. The swap meet is on the site surrounding the The National Motor Museum Trust.

Inside the museum one will find "the" World Record breaker in all its original glory.

Looks like they have restored it... I saw it back in the 1970's and it was pretty dented up and the paint was a dull, oxidized red. I kinda liked it better that way. Ah, well.
