67 Ser V Alpine nearly all stock. My temp and fuel gauges are dropping to zero (full left) and back to normal while driving. About 3-4 fluctuations in a 20 minute drive. Suggest and causes? Voltage regulator? Thanks

Ground issue in the daisy chain of wires that connect the gauges ( loose wire...something touching)

I agree, I had issues with gauges dropping.
I just had to dig under the dash to find loose connections.
