Has anyone been in touch with Rick, at Sunbeam Specialties, lately?
Rick and I had been emailing back and forth about an order, but then he just stopped replying. It's been over a week.
Calling his phone goes immediately to a busy signal.
The number I have is 408-371-1642.

Anyone have any information?
I hope he's doing ok.

The last I heard from him was Sept 21 asking me to confirm my order before he sends it. I responded there were a couple items missing.
I sent another email and called. And I haven't heard anything since.
No charge was made to my credit card. So I don't know what's up.

Rick told me that it's likely a cellphone problem as mine when he was busy on the phone registered as, "your call cannot be connected." on my end.
