Bozeman, I'm pretty sure this is a rust free car. There is not enough moisture in the air to rust an old tin can.

I'm guessing (stand corrected if so) but the front bumper is not quite not right with the starter handle hole in it? Cheers

I hadn't, but it appears to be a gouge, not through. Also, rust usually appears at the bottom of the rocker where crud accumulates, not the top.

Neither bumper is Alpine.
