:eek: So it finally cooled off here, and as usual we had to do this dramatically by having this huge dust cloud and high winds sweep across the Oklahoma prairie at 4pm on Friday. The temperature dropped from 97 to 80 degrees in 40 minutes.
Since it was at last cool weather Vicki the Alpine and I were up and out this morning in the 57 degree cold fall air heading to the Claremore Chili Festival Car Show. I did adapt and wore my hoodie and yes it was needed this morning. We did win a plaque at the show and as always lots of people saying, "Sunbeam, I have never seen one" What I like about our cars, many times I am the only Sunbeam at a show, 10 Chevy shoeboxes, 5 Chevy SS, and a dozen mustangs all years but only 1 Sunbeam.
