In light of the recent bus crash that killed twenty plus people in Europe and being a bus owner myself I went to the bus manufacturers web site Scania. Their buses look like well built machines.

Take a look at the brake wear PDF page 8 concerning acceptable cracks in the brake rotors. Yikes if I saw any cracking in a rotor I think I would pitch it. Has anyone ever seen acceptable cracks in a rotor like these?

The rotor looks like it ready to fly apart any moment.
I think I would need to change my pants if I was driving with that and had to panic stop.
