Brake/clutch pedal felt ring

I had to make the two felt rings today
Quite easier than expected
Felt furniture pads do the trick, easy to slice with a single edge razor to desired thickness
Grease the pin and oil the felt ring and presto!

That could work for the upper steering column bearing too ! ?

Experimenting with the "bad" one is a better idea;)

Does the one you plan to experiment with have the upper pieces for the telescoping steering?
