I just received an email last night from a guy near me that another 2.8 V6 install had its first breath.
This owner of this one doesn't frequent SAOCA, and has made some decisions for his install that do not follow the tried and true methods. Because of this he's had to backup and make a few changes, but the good news is that he's making progress and learning from mistakes.
Some guys just need to do it their own way, and they are willing to deal with the consequences.
My congratulations to him for getting this far, and I look forward to seeing him driving around when he get the remains work done!
