Is there a particular lower radiator hose inlet / thermostat housing that simplifies the conversion? Thanks.

The stock housing is cut and welded to allow the outlet to poin down and to the front about 10 degrees.

We dont have a drawing of it yet, but I'll put it on my list of things to do.

Thank you both for your quick replies. That is beautiful work on the housing shown.

The angle on the nipple should be close to 45 degrees. If you have Jim Moyer modify yours, tell him if you intend on using the heater, so he can modify the heater hose nipple acordingly.

Does anyone have a current email address for Jim? I sent him a note about 6 months ago but don't think he ever got it.

Jose is correct, I keep forgetting that my radiator nipple is a little higher than normal.
