Wanted: An overdrive drive (prop) shaft for a Series II Alpine/H. Le Mans. This shaft is the short one. I would rather not cut down my original non OD shaft if I can help it.

NN, I think I have an Alpine Ser II shaft I cut down to fit my Alpine w/ MGB rear.
Do you know the correct length you need. If it will work for you you, would need to replace the MG flange w/ an Alpine flange.
