A question for Jan

This car I'm parting has very solid rockers, zero rust and I have a friend that needs them. Is it possible to remove them?

I was thinking I could take more material than needed and he could work at separating them. Show me a picture!

To remove them to reuse them? You need to drill out the spot welds on top & bottom and cut the rear and front verticals would do it.
(There's no easy way to just hack them off due to the superior Rootes engineering in unibody construction. You need to spend the time on it Paul)
