Dan, here is some info about the car.

Good running car that has a pretty rust free body; floor pans show surface rust w/one rust through at the false floor screw.
Seats have very good covers w/o rips or worn spots except for the often found hip wear . Gauges are all there and mostly work but need attention generally. Carpets are just ok. Cubby box is not properly fitted
but is intact and looks to be after market. Console is in good condition but no key that will lock/unlock it. Two point aftermarket seat belts that function. Soft top latches are painted white. Probable owner made dash cover but pretty well done. Full set of new tires w/ trim rings and caps in very good condition; new front shocks; new release bearing and clutch plate, trans shifts smoothly . ENGINE RUNS GREAT w/ Weber 32/36. The 150's
go w/ the car but need tinkering. Brakes are in good condition w/ functional servo. Good daily driver BRG paint, no signs of rust bubbles or rust throughs. I think this car can be driven home.
It has taken me on 2, 500 mile plus trips w/o issue except losing a alternator bolt.
I am asking $7500.00 but open to offers. You can contact me via PM's if interested. I am located in central NC

Hi We sold our Sunbeam Alpine Series V 1967 last year. I bought it from JumpinJan years ago. It has a new tonneau and wool carpeting and ran
great the whole time we owned it since 2004. Slight electrical issue which a local mechanic figured out. We got 11,500 for it here in Northern Virginia and the guy has put it in a show already. Just thought you might like to know.

I bought the Alpine that lovethecar references above and have been putting regular weekend miles on it after getting five new tires. It's a very original car in a rare color (turquoise blue metallic); some of the paint is original, I think. The motor has good compression and, after a tuning up the Strombergs, it's been running great. It does need a new top (vinyl on the old one is fatigues and holes easily). So I'd say your asking price is very fair.

I did a lot of maintenance & repairs on that car. I think it won 3rd place at the 2001/2002 United in St. Louis. It had the original floor mats. It was purchased locally.

Thanks for the comments. I think my asking price is fair. At this point I don't want it to sit thru the winter months.
If someone is thinking about it I will install a OD trans for a price we can agree on.

Doug: I can put this on our Facebook page, if you like. Not a lot of traffic there, but some different eyeballs than it gets here.
