They are from a Mustang II Ghia. I think some Pintos came with them too, but for sure they came with the Mustang II.

The wheels definitely came on Pinto and Bobcat, as well as Mustang II. They polish up nicely and are usually cheap to buy when you find them because they have only 4 holes. Good luck in your search.
