1725cc engine, tranny with OD, shipping?

Looking to replace an engine. My transmission is functional at the moment, but figure the upgrade to OD might help me out on the highway. I may have located something. Any ideas on shipping costs? Suggestions for carriers? Could pick up something in the Vermont/NY (Plattsburgh) area, maybe NH.
