Can anyone offer pictures of there car with 14" wheels added, or are there some on the gallery page I can view? Am considering switching from 13" alloys but have a hard time visualizing, thanks Brent

For reference here's my Alpine on 13X5.5 front and 13X7 rears:

Here's the Superlites in 14" (I think they're 6" but can't verify at the moment):

Brent,

i run 14x6 wheels on both my cars.

On my alpine i have 14x6 performance superlites:

On my Tiger 14x6 panasports:

As a comparison:

SIV on 13" superlites:

Tiger on 15" 10 spoke superlites:

I will say this,, i switched to the 14's on the alpine as i think they fill the wheels better and it was getting hard to find decent tyres for 13" wheels.. i now find the same with 14's.. If you like the look.. it may be worth going to 15" wheels.. lots of tiger owners have.. you can get them in 8 or 10 spoke minilite/performance superlite or panasport style.

Is your offset the same for the front and back wheels?

Yes all wheels in all photos have the same offset front and back. You will notice that the 13x5.5s on the SIV actually stick out a bit at the top in realtion to the wheel arch.. this car runs stock suspension.. on my SII, the MKIA and the tiger with the 15" wheels we all have some negative camber to resolve this issue.. even .5 degreee should do it.

Now,... i did put spacers from SS on the back of the alpine SIi when i installed the wheels to bring the rears out a little more.. looked good.. but 2 things:

\1. with most alloys and a spacer the stock wheel stud wont give you enough thread to be safe.

2. Be carefull with the clearance between the lip and the tyre wall.
