Michael,

If they're 13 inch, then most likely '70's Pinto or Mustang II. The Fox body sedans and coupes (Fairmont) had 14 inch wheels with the same appearance.
Do you know if pinto wheel will fit or do you need some spacers. I'm new to my alpine but will be looking for some new wheels at some point since mine are mismatched.

RichardL,

I've never had any of the steel wheels to try or measure, but I'm fairly sure they fit without a problem. IIRC, the early Pinto wheels were a very close match - width and offset at 13" diameter.

Just be aware to use the Ford wheels you should use a matching lug nut. The Ford wheels were designed for a 1/2" stud with a straight taper seat as opposed to the Alpine's 7/16" stud and radius lug seat.

There have been a fair number of Alpine pictures with the Pinto/Mutt II 5-slot alloy wheels. In that respect, I'm sure it's a doable project.

Hope this helps,
