Richard, I have two tops available, one is straight and complete with all hardware, trim, and weatherstripping, but will need a full restoration. It's currently installed on a non-mobile rust-free Alpine V with brake and clutch issues, which can also be included in the deal. The second hardtop...

What do you rate this hood from 0 (Ugly) to 10 (Great)?

In my opinion, the hood would look better if the side vents had been left off. I can almost see this hood on a Mark 2 Tiger, more or less matching the eggcrate grille. (I can't believe I just wrote that...)

    MGB or Sunbeam Alpine?

I like Todd Reid's solution: an Alpine for sunny days and an MGB GT when it's not convertible weather. Pininfarina did a great styling job on the B GT, in my opinion. Personally, I'm not a fan of the "mini-Barracuda" Alpine GTs, but that would be an alternative if you wanted to keep it in the...

License Plate Lamp Bezel - Series V

Now putting this post where it belongs...looking for one of the metal bezels for the license plate lamps on a Series V (the piece that helps to secure the license plate lamp lenses onto the lamp bracket). I believe the same part was also used on Series IV Alpines and Tigers. Anyone have one...

Looking for the screw-on bright metal bezels for the dual license plate lamps on a Series V (also Series III-IV, I believe) Alpine. Prefer in good shape with OK finish. They're NLA from Sunbeam Specialties, otherwise I'd be phoning Rick... Thanks for any leads!
