Is that a James Bond or Maxwell Smart feature?

Smart is an Alpine made to look like a Tiger. Bonds Alpine didn't have an ejection seat.

I have it on good authority none of them actually had an ejection seat.

On the wood dash, there are a few threads on the web that use pourable Epoxy resin to coat the veneer. Use a spray clear with UV protection for sealer before the table top pour. Comes out like glass. Here is one example:

Well the bonnet cannon car was a SV alpine...but there was a legit mki tiger... And later I'm the adams movie a blue mkia.... But the crash and stunt cars were alpines

I when through my inventory and located the dash. The attached pictures don't do justice to the quality of the item. It was raining today and not a lot of sunlight to help with the quality. I did one shot with it on edge to illustrate that the dash has not warped or twisted. The SS 2016 catalog list the price for this at $460. I am trying to determine a fair price. If your interested after viewing the pictures we can talk price.

Puff4, I love any challenge that gets me searching the internet.

Here's what I found about about the Sunbeam Tiger and Alpine used in the show.
Two interesting links follow.

The reason Alpines were uses and made to look like Tigers is that they couldn't fit the machine gun under the hood with the V8.

And I found:
Don Adams acquired the Sunbeam Tiger from the studio after the show finished and held on to it for the next decade. He used it in the Chief auto parts advertisements before passing it on to his daughters, who both reportedly crashed it.

I believe it was in new zeland in the late 90s early 2000s.

There was a lady dona who made a get smart tribute using a sivGT and v6 converting it. It had the bonnet cannon ( cant recall if it had over rider rams) she was the one that got the series dvd released in the mid 2000s

That's funny. I just sold a wiring harness to a guy that has a V6 Series IV that's a Get Smart car, with the cannon!
