Good clarification about the SAL code. My SAL code is lost. Bob said the archive info does not have any cross reference between VINs and SALs, which I've also read on prior SAOCA forum posts. Figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

When I ordered my certificate back in June 2019, the £49.00 included the shipping cost. Based on 65beam's comment, it appears they are adding a shipping charge on top now.

The time involved is pretty much a constant as long as the needed info is provided but shipping costs have increased at a significant rate. I would think that shipping increases have forced them to include shipping. If you check the Archive website you'll see they specify an additional shipping cost for buyers outside the U.K. I buy parts in the U.K. every month and I've seen the increases. The rate for them to mail the certificate was 3.45GBP. I received a dealer brochure in yesterdays mail and the mailing cost was 7 GBP.
