Convex mirrors are a big help, I have a set of planar mirrors I got from SS where I then found a set of circular "fisheye" mirrors about the same diameter. and stuck them onto th mounted mirrors. Excellent visibility with those. Would still like to find a set where the convex mirrors are built in and not stuck on for a slightly nicer appearance.
