Anyone else ever get this message when opening a program?

I have tried Microsoft help center and they list but have no fix or are willing to say anything about it. I am running XP home edition. I tried Vista but after eight hours of trying to load software I gave up and returned the computer and had one built with XP.

Not since I switched to Unbuntu. For the price, you can't beat it. Vast majority of funky messages exited, stage left. It does have a problem with some of the video players. Seems there a jillion of them, some of which are not Linux friendly.
