What Brake Fluid To use?

I am putting my brake system back together with new and rebuilt components, the system is completely dry and I was wondering what type/brand of brake fluid people were using?

(I was using Castrol GT LMA)

My understanding is that Castrol GT LMA is the way to go for the Girling system and would think Tigers would follow suit. Both Rick at Sunbeam Specialties and a neighbor (a long time Tiger owner) pointed me in that direction.
