I am an automotive restorer and I worked on this car. I stand by the information I provided any more clarity will be provided by the owner. This car was produced by Rootes America. The car was built September 17, 1964. Norman Miller from the Rootes America website advises that this car was produced on the same day that several cars were produced for Paramount Pictures ("Get Smart" "James Bond - Dr. No") It is unclear whether this car was involved with Paramount Pictures, but it is documented to be produced on the sane day that other cars were.
