That's Mike Peters. He is a local Daytonian that makes the cartoons for the Dayton Newspaper. He's a very liberal mind that I don't like too much. Makes fun of situations, that I don't think are very funny. Overall mentally, I think he is an young liberal idiot, that didn't grow up.
