there is a holbay head being advertised on e-bay:

I think people will find that this is not an original "holbay" head, The kidney shaped chambers on the original heads are much smaller and of a smoother profile. The cylinder head looks like ones that have come up now and again, perhaps modified by holbay in recent years, or modified along holbay lines.
