I think its to do with being an active dontaer, after i had resubscribed mine worked again, the first day of the donation icon it went to 100% full.

I've had the 25 PM limit almost since I joined. It's really a PIA being this limited especially since it counts messages in both in the inbox and the sent messages. Why is PM so limited?
