Its not that much of a worry. One can add a break-in additive or just use Castrol HD30 oil or a diesel certified oil.
(I like the Castrol products, but do not use the GTX oil. Its too green, "enviromentally friendly" and it doesn't help the oil pressure as I observed its use in the GM Quad4 vehicle. It reduced the oil pressure after about 1,000 miles. Then went back to Castrol Blend and never looked back)
