WTB: Heater Valve W/Mount and Firewall Tube

Wanted: Series 4-5 heater valve with mount and tube that goes thrugh firewall that bolts to valve. Also looking for late series 4 or series 5 heater control with the black plastic knob. Basically evrything needed to add the heater control to a car that did not come with it. I already have the double face plate.
