Holy moly!!!!!! It was absolutely a mind bending amazing experience to see Steve Alcala's real Sebring Alpine #43 in person. Better yet, my son Eric got a ride in it when Steve took it off the trailer and drove to Tech. Steve said it was the first time the car has driven on its own power since days of old. Wow. For all I know, my son was the first kid to ever drive in it.

Then on top of that, Steve Silverstein got to actually drive it in anger on the autox! These guys are my heros now!

Do you know how many years I've looked at those old pictures of #43 in the McGovern book and now to see it rediscovered and in person?!

I know, you are all asking for pictures now. They will be coming.
