Wood Dash heater brackets

Hi Folks,
I am changing the very tired and cut up Vinyl dash in my SV for a wood dash and do not have the 3 brackets that hold the heater controls in place - can someone please post some pictures showing the brackets with dimensions so that I can create them myself.
