Why I spent so much time on the intake

The Duratec header flange would have saved me a few hours. I'd guess maybe 2 or 3. But I have the equipment to make that and find it relatively quick and easy. Not to mention that is the kind of stuff I like to do.

Thinking in 3 dimensions and welding is what I find difficult drives me nuts. As a WAG, I have 30 to 40 hours in the header. The intake is more complex, but was easier. I think its because I know the header welds have to be good, any holes in the intake will be clogged with paint.
