(Posted a link that didn't work, now trying to delete the thread)

I'm still trying to understand how the EDIT function works. Sometimes DELETE appears, so you can get rid of non-starters like this, and sometimes it doesn't. That leaves them cluttering up the forum.

Moderator advice, please.
