On a series 1 motor, behind the Generator down on the block, round, brass looking with a pretty heavy wire. Looks like it would take about 1 1/4 inch wrench. The only thing I can think of is an oil pressure sending unit.??

I didn't know they came with block heaters, but makes sense.

Block heaters are easy to install anywhere there is a frost plug. Most cars don't come with them but they are added by dealers or owners. Hardly a surprise to find one on a Canadian car, some have more than one.
