Two dressed alpine engines, transmissions, accessories. 1725 and 1600

I thought I would start a thread for these specifically so they wouldn't get lost in my massive part-out thread.

For those of you that don't know; I started an ambitious restoration project on a sIII alpine and bought an almost complete sV for parts. Life time and priorities got in the way and I feel I will not finish the project so instead of let it sit I want to get the parts to people that will do some good with them.

I will go into specific details on the two drive lines in a bit but in general, both engines seem nearly complete, I am fuzzy on what transmissions/flywheels ect go with what engine so I'm relying on the buyers for that, I believe both engines will run with work (rebuilds likely), I am asking $600 per engine/trans/accessory combo. I am very flexible on price especially if you want both.

I am not looking to part them yet but pleas post here with what specifically you would want if I were to. If I still have them by fall I will part them. I am willing to drop them off at a shipping company within 10 miles of my location (warren mi 48044) but am unwilling to package them aside from putting them on a pallet.

1600 from sIII:
When I picked up the car the woman I got it from said it was rebuilt and fired 17 years ago. I have no reasion to disbelieve her but have never attempted to turn it over my self. I just jumped right into the restoration. It is wearing a pair of zenith carbs and intake, linkage, generator, and starter are all included and I believe are complete.

Story I got from the guy I bought the car from said it was his dd than his weekend car once he got a new daily driver. Once his kids were born he didn't drive it much then one day it wouldn't start. When I stripped it the tank was filled with random stuff (kids toys, acorns, pencils sticks ect..) I suspect it was a plugged file line that sidelined it.
