Turn Signal Switch

I'm in the process of putting my dash back together after taking it out to refinish it. While it was in pieces I ordered a turn signal rebuilt kit from SS that has the plastic tab and rivet. Of course I did not pay attention to how the switch is assembled when taking it apart. I put the switch back together, and the turn signals don't work. I have power coming at one of the contacts that are in the round hole. I have a spring, and a round disk, but not sure how it all goes back together. Does anyone know how the switch is assembled? Pictures would be helpful.

Thanks, Joel
