Good info, thanks. Will try the Panasonic Thermistor in series with 33 Ohm resistor next time.
However would regard the change of 0.25 uF cap a MUST for any rebuild. Found that in average 8 out 10 are cracked. They may still work though however risk is high that they fail later . Also important is voltage rating. Would recommend to use 63V or higher cap ratings for any parts exchange.

The 150Ohm detorioration is well known however it also makes sense to check for "cold solders" where it joins the PCB/connector pin. Have found many units with cold solders recently...
