The Rootes emblem on the C-post identifies it as a Coupe, originally with cast-iron head.

Unless someone nearby needs fastback sheet metal or glass, this puppy's going to the scrapper. The only things worth saving for a Series owner would be the 3.89 diff and possibly the "Rootes" rear seat belts.

there are other things that identify it as an alpine and not a GT. the seats, the imprint of the trunk molding, the lack of window moldings, etc. if it was an automatic it may still have the 3.70 gear which would be nice to have.
