If it's the real deal, but comparing the pic you posted shows 13 holes (perferations) on the top edge, while a pic on the wikipedia link shows 12.

If it is *real*, this "Inverted Jenny" is one of only 100 or so ever known to exist, and would likely sell between $800,000-$1,000,000.

Always interesting items up for Auction, Toys (most of which I had as a kid) Postcards, Medals, Cig cards and Stamps.
It amazes me some of the prices they make, Its not like you can do alot other than look at them, then each to his own.
